Fully Electric Vehicle
Also known as Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs), these vehicles are all-electric, have zero tailpipe emissions, and don’t run on gas at all. You just plug them in to charge.

Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle
Plug-in Hybrids Electric Vehicles (PHEV) have a smaller battery for driving electric as well as a gas-powered motor.
